Again, start from sitting cross-legged on the ground.
Put your hands together in a simple clasp with both thumbs aligned on top, facing away from your body.
Then lean forward and rest your head on the clasped hands, the knuckles of your two thumbs should be just under your nose, on either side of your philtrum (the vertical groove that runs down from your nose to your upper lip).
